Perfect harmony aims to provide care that is designed to help women learn about conditions or health issues they may face and their possible causes, as well as treatment options they may want to consider. GYN consultation visit provide opportunities for you to discuss concerns in a relaxed and private environment. Common concerns that can be managed through telehealth include (but not limited to):

Family planning is the consideration of the number of children a couple wishes to have, including the choice to have no children. However, it can be difficult to navigate this time because of the many physical changes that may occur with menopause. Perfect harmony will help you navigate the change, so that you are able to embrace menopause and thrive!

Please note that women who are seeking hormone replacement must have a recent mammogram, recent lipid and hormone panel (if you do not have these, this can be ordered after your initial visit)
Women who are seeking to explore natural and holistic management of their symptoms may benefit from the 6-week Woman’s Wellness Coaching program (Menopause Gracefully Package). This program will incorporate lifestyle, nutrition, supplementation, stress management, and so much more into your plan of care.
Sexual Health
Sexual health is the ability to embrace and enjoy your sexuality throughout your life! It is an important part of your physical and emotional health.
